Spring Aromatherapy Bath & Shower Blends

While doing an internal cleanse essential oils are encouraged to be used in several applications such as topical blends, baths, or as a shower salt scrub. Citrus Cleanser Dead Sea Salt Shower Scrub Makes @ 1 cup/ 8oz. ½ cup combination of each: fine grain Dead Sea Salt and sea salt. Mix in 2-3 TBSP. of organic and unrefined safflower or sesame oil.
